Apps

Portfolio cap (Carlos's rule): at most 3 apps until the maintenance loop is proven. All three current builds hit major milestones on Oct 26.

🟩 RutinaGrid — habit app (#1) V1 FEATURE-COMPLETE

Phase A + B1 done Oct 26: earned streak freezes, reminders, all screens in ES/FR/EN, consent-gated analytics, free JSON export, display-only home widget. Theme "Verde contribución" (stock Material 3 was rejected as simple and ugly). QA: 230/230 tests green across 3 timezones.

Blockers: repo push is stuck on the GitHub token missing the workflow scope (~26 commits queued locally — Carlos approves a device-code refresh). Android side compiles via CI once pushed.

Carlos-only steps: Play Console account + $25 + ID · PostHog EU project · tester recruitment (target 18 by mid-Nov). Hard date: the 14-day closed test (12+ testers) must start by ~Dec 8, 2026 for the Jan-1 window.

✉️ Cartas FR↔ES (#2) BUILD COMPLETE

App build finished Oct 26: vendored FSRS-6 scheduler, Drift data layer, review/placement/stats, zero telemetry by design. QA 88/88 ×3 timezones. Store pack done: icon, ES/EN listings, privacy page live, IAP defined (base lifetime $29; A2 pack $19.99 — A2 sale gate stays CLOSED until Maheva's native-speaker audit passes).

Remaining path is content: Maheva style-guide session → 80-entry founding sample (~3–5h) → A1/A2 production. Founding pre-sale gate (50 orders or $1,250 in 14 days) still pending Carlos's decision. Only the CI commit is unpushed (same GitHub blocker).

📄 DocuES (#3) WAVE 1 BUILDING

Spanish-first Android PDF tools suite — offline, no account, no watermark. Research + a 1,364-line spec completed Oct 26; implementation wave 1 (scaffold, platform, vault, conversion core) started the same day.

Design spine: an atomic-save vault protocol (staging → fsync → hash + page-count verify → manifest → rename → DB row) because scanner URIs point into cleanable cache — a real data-loss trap. Pricing: $49.99 lifetime / $19.99 annual / $3.99 monthly; the only free-tier cap is OCR at 5 pages/day.

No screenshots yet — wave 1 is plumbing (scaffold, vault, conversion core), not screens. They'll appear here once the first UI lands.
